Shipping and returns

If you’ve changed your mind and want to cancel your order, get in touch with us at info@viltfermentary.com . If your order has already been dispatched you cannot change or cancel your order, however you can return your order for a refund less shipping cost as long as the bottle is unopened and undamaged.

Our returns and exchange policy is 30 days. We are able to refund or exchange any orders that arrive faulty or damaged.
